I don’t know about you but I spend a fair amount of time wondering why someone acted the way they did. Why they aren’t calling me back? Why did the say it that way? And I had an epiphany recently, How much time am I wasting trying to figure this out? Why do I let the problems or failures of others bother me? So much emotional real estate opens up when you realize that whatever is bothering you isn’t the the antidote to your suffering YOU ARE.

When our issues feel intractable, when you feel like you don’t have any control over your circumstances remind yourself that you can always reframe the way you re-act and think about a problem. Don’t get emotionally caught up in the problems/ failures of other’s. Think differently.
